Questions

What is in a feed?
One entry for each dated change on a promise card: a new timeline event (such as funded, legislated or deadline passed), a rewording of the promise, any published reply from the person or party named on the card, and each change to a public contract linked to it. Each entry links to the card.
What do the deadline feeds and the updates feed add?
A deadline feed tells you when a promise due in its window is delivered or its deadline passes, and each month lists the open promises coming due. The updates feed has data changes only: a contract behind a promise that moves or is newly linked, and each new OBR forecast or ONS release that changes the borrowing, income or spending the Statement shows.
How do I use one?
Copy a feed’s address into any feed reader. Readers that say they support RSS read Atom too.
Do I need an account, or do you know who reads a feed?
No account and no sign-up. A feed is a public file; we keep no list of who reads it.
How quickly does a change appear?
When an editor’s change is merged, the site rebuilds and its feeds with it, usually within minutes. Email and Telegram alerts go out from the same change.
